Yes, and for me as a European that way of thinking is so alien. My little nephews are Americans and the older one is classified in the school register as white and the younger one as black. Yes, the younger ones' skin tone is a darker shade than his brothers' but they have the same parents (my sister-in-law is korean/black, my (half)brother german/greek) That is so irrational! And why are the kids classified into races at all anyway? Yeah. It's just really unnecessary! |

I never have understanded the whole "race" thing and I never will. I know from out of history this was different, but I think there is no one out of that time alive anymore. There is only one race: human!
Same counts for religion and gays and lesbians.
All humans, respect each other. You can disagree with choices people make, but have respect. That would make the world a much better place.

So one of our local Republican congressman Richard Hanna has announced he cannot vote for Trump as he has two young children,and he will be voting for Hilary OMG! There has been so much backlash on this poor man. there has been protests to death threats. I am really getting sick of this Trump supporting place. Its really scary how all the bigots are coming out of the woodwork ,I just can't stand the hatred and it really bothers me. There are so many Trump supporters here. I can"t believe he has gotten this far please tell me this is just a bad nightmare! I applaud this guy for having the guts to say this!

Why do people always have to be negative. No matter what?
We were discussing the Manchester gig at work this morning.
"Yes Coldplay were good" Looks directed to me..
"Yes they were..!" Me agreeing wholeheartedly.
"but..." ok here it comes..
"Chris Martin needs to use more deodorant".
EXCUSE me!!? It's a gig for a benefit.. it's a beautiful thing, the songs were great, the musicianship perfect.. But no. Personal comments!
YOU get up there and perform (like he does - like you even COULD!) and NOT sweat. STUPID people..
OK rant over.. But insult my man will you.. grrrrr...

Oh I know this is a rant but I had to chuckle, they dont realise that the sweaty pits are just the start, when 'Our Man' gets going he is drenched from head to foot....Oh gawd...  see what you did to me....phew... But Im on a rant as well, as I got to work the TV was on in the canteen and the gig was ending and a complete moron actually said of one of the crowd 'she's not enjoying it, miserable cow' !!!!!!! I had to walk away, some people are completely oblivious of what is going on..'she' may have been there last week, 'she' could have lost a friend,sister,cousin...I went and ranted to my friend instead because he would not have been standing if I'd got started on him....grrr |

Just so we're all clear, even if you use deodorant you still sweat a bunch, especially if you're running and jumping and have the energy of Mr. Martin. That's all I got.

It makes me laugh that people think that just using deodorant will stop all sweat. I do understand the rant because no matter what, no matter that this was a benefit concert to raise money for people who are suffering greatly, people feel the need to make negative comments. I saw some reviews of the concert and even though most that I read were good, I thought, why review a benefit concert? Does it matter what kind of show it was as long as it raised money for those in need?
