From what I can remember, the intro to Always In My Head sounds amazing, but my absolute favorite has to be Another's Arms.. Jonny's solo

Always In My Head is my hands down favorite at the moment. I've always loved their openers.
But man don't they seem to be getting old? The difference between MX Chris and present day Chris is night and day. Maybe it was the intimate venue, or maybe they're exhausted.

I feel like the only one who doesn't like Another's Arms.. Nothing stood out to me, and it seemed too monotone. But oh well. And now I think this whole album is gonna be chill and not so dynamic, every song we've heard so far is super mellow...

Will iTunes upload the whole show? Because right now I can watch London Grammar and Imagine Dragons but not Coldplay :(

The whole show was fantastic, I'm already in love with the new songs. Wish the videos wouldn't have been blocked.

Wow, "Another's Arms" and "Always in My Head" are both absolutely fantastic. We can definitely look forward to Ghost Stories. I'm sure it's going to be a killer album with much better reviews than MX.

Man, I do not get why so many people dislike the two songs we got last night. I mean, the immediate reception was fantastic, and then I check the response later on and it's almost more mixed than it was with ETIAW's release. Always In My Head and Another's Arms are superb (but especially the former!), and we have successfully reached the "old Coldplay" sound again. Yet, when we get it, people complain? I'm so confused.
Ghost Stories is going to be on-par with AROBTTH and VLV. Calling it now.

I am very excited to see that Ghost Stories is shaping up to have its very own unique sound and identity. That to me is what is so great about Coldplay… all the albums are so different that they stand on their own. It is also all of those different sounds and styles that give them such a large and varied fan base. They are one of those rare bands that you could ask 5 different people what their best album is and get five different answers... and the same goes for least favorite. Some people will love this album and some people will hate it but that is ok because at least it is its own thing…

I agree with you guys ^^^^. All the hate is coming from Coldplaying. Everyone's a critic these days. We're all entitled to our opinions though.

I'm always very interested in album openers and closers, and now that I've heard Always In My Head, I'm absolutely loving it. Now it's "O"s turn.

I loved them both, instantly, but Another's Arms gave me chills, one of those moments where you just KNOW that what you are hearing will be a classic and a favourite for years to come.
I think this new direction they are going in shows that they still have a long way to go, they are't stale, the new stuff is fresh and exciting, yet still undeniably Coldplay. Personally I love it and think Ghost Stories will be a classic.
Yes, I'm a huge fan, and if they put out an album of nose flute music or Mexican folk tunes, I would STILL buy the album, still go to the shows, but this isn't this is great and I love it.
Cannot wait for the new LP.
