A few pics from my vacation last year in Tuscany, Italy First one: The Costa Concordia, in front if Isle de Giglio. On a picture it's always different then in real life. It was so impressing and depressing to see this big ship lying on her side....  Sunflower fields! Most of them were gone when we were in Italy, but we found one:  Impressive Duomo of Florence/ Florentine:  The leaning Tower of Pisa. You see on the pictures the tower is really leaning, but you can't imagine how leaning it's actually is untill you see it in real.  We did an excursion in a marble cave, the famous Carrara marble. Beautiful to see. We drove up in two jeeps (we didn't ride them ourselfs). It was so high (mountain). I was really glad I didn't had to drive myself.  The last one and my favourite place: Cinque Terre. It's so scenic, so beautiful and inspiring.  |

Beautiful! The ship must have been surreal, they're huge. Love sunflower fields, and I really like the Duomo pic. I've seen the tower, and yes it leans a lot, how does it not fall |

Wow the photos are lovely Prissie. That ship.. my god. Italy is somewhere I have never been, it's on my to do list one day however. Pretty tiny shell Hannah.. and I love the cat.  |

I love the last one Prissie, with the houses all piled up on the rocks. I went to a town in Italy that had houses like that last year and it's really nice to walk through the little alleyways with the tall buildings.

  Happy Halloween! The pics above were from last year. The pumpkin-in-pumpkin was fun to make & show! The leg-in-pumpkin is made by our boys. The following pictures are from this year (last week in nearby neighbourhood). Tomorrow we have the Halloween party in our own neighbourhood. The Ork is our youngest son. The one who 'lost his legs' is our eldest :-)   |
